Dream Connect Directory lists local and national resources for homeless teens and young adults. The  map gives you the physical location of resources in  Atlanta’s metro area  communities.  Dream Connect also provide  App’s for storing and scanning important documents, plus other Apps’ to meet your needs.  The Google Map works on your mobile devices and is best used for finding resources near you. The ATLMaps layer works on your desktops and laptops and can be combined with thousands of other layers of information about the city.
