The Directory provides a list of local and national resources for vulnerable and homeless teens and young adults living in the Atlanta Metro Area. Venable Food Pantry

The Venable Food Pantry is located on the second floor of the Smith Building and is open Mondays – Thursdays from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. The pantry is stocked with food secured from the Atlanta Community Food Bank, local vendors, and church & community members. In a single year, approximately 131,000 pounds (nearly 62 tons) of food are distributed from the Venable Food Pantry.



Proof of residence (Lease, utility bill, and SS numbers for all household members. No cell phone bills please.)

Lunch Bags (Sandwich, granola bar, drink, hand sanitizer, and fruit when possible)
Served Mondays – Thursdays to approximately 140 individuals starting at 1:00 p.m.–3:00 p.m. We welcome all guests for this service.

Sunday Morning Prayer Breakfast
Each Sunday morning at 6:30 a.m., we welcome all guests for a to-go breakfast served in Fifield Hall.

Public Benefits Applications Assistance
With public libraries closed, access to computers and internet service is non-existent for many individuals. Subsequently, we are currently providing that access by assisting non-tax filer individuals apply for stimulus checks. We also assist individuals with applying for and submitting food stamp applications, apply for social security cards and file for unemployment insurance benefits. This service is available Mondays – Thursdays from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
